Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for less noise interference from guests.

The Hotel is idealy located for the nearby beaches and shopping and for the young lads n girls the nightlife if ur old or elderly and in need of a relaxing holiday this hotel would suit your needs. The hotel staff are very polite and good at welcoming you to the hotel . Food was poor standard and not much choice
Kitchen got closed due to electric problems we were given another hotel just up the road a 3 star rating and we ate all our meals there. Food was excellent in the andulacia maybe this contributed to the closer of the kitchen as on one occasion myself and my partner were the only ones eating on one sitting the chef came out of the kitchen and was suprised to see we were the only ones eating he asked my partner jokingly what have u done to all the people :) the next day the kitchen closed ...only problem I found with one of the staff was the waitress as she watched every move u made while choosing ur meals seemed as if she didnt want us to take it and hovered over u as u ate ur meals maybe she was new to the job or bored of it

The location, the authentic spanish feel and the friendly, welcoming staff.

The so-called 'beautiful' room was a huge disappointment, with an unstable bathroom door. And don't get me started on the tiny cups. Barely a mouthfull! I expected some sort of special treatment for my requests, but apparently, that's too much to ask. The two fixed sun beds on the balcony were far from relaxing.

The staff are excellent. Room clean. Position for town centre.
The Bed uncomfortable, the lift too small always waiting. The noise from neighbours [ not in Hotel] nearby.

Not exactly what I expected
The location was advantageous, just a short stroll to the charming old town. Breakfast options were diverse, with a good coffee machine available.
While the room was comfy, the absence of tea and coffee facilities was disappointing for our stay.

The young receptionist who was working on the 25th of August during the day around 1pm. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the most pleasant hotel receptionists we have ever come across and we've stayed in quite a few hotels. The only reason I'm filling out this is to commend her politeness and the value she brought to the hotel. Should be given another star because of her. Very impressed!
WiFi wasn't working despite being on the ground floor and using the password. Connected successfully but internet was not working. Disappointing because this was one of the features I was looking for in the hotel

This one had me thinking.
The vibrant atmosphere of this place is captivating! The balcony was perfect for unwinding, and the staff were cute. With options like both Spanish and English breakfasts, every morning seemed like a treat. Plus, being just minutes away from the beach and local eateries made exploring effortless!

The hotel andalucia was perfectly positioned to be able to walk to the beach and town of benidorm. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The recepionist on duty when we visited even printed off a map of the benidorm and showed us the areas we wanted to visit.Nothing was too much trouble. Basic hotel but excellant value for a couple of nights.

We enjoyed our stay with the family and our beloved pet. The room was cozy, and we appreciated spending time on the balcony. The nearby beach was perfect for swimming. Exploring the local area and opportunities for outdoor activities kept the kids entertained.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly amenities.

Hotel staff was very helpful in every way.
Rooms are very small, almost too small. TV was very old and no international channels.

Make sure to get twin room with a good size outside balcony, a double bed and bedrooms. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful, quiet atmosphere.
